Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Broken Aria reference on one component on multiple page. This does not meet WCAG 2.2 success criterions 1.3.1 Info and Relationships (Level A) and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value (Level A). We are actively working to resolve this issue.
Scanned PDFs - hand completed templates (which are available as HTML text), the hand written sections are not accessible. We are working to develop electronic forms but wet ink signature currently required.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are using a quality monitoring system to constantly scan the website for any errors than can be detected automatically and continue to manually check the site for quality.
