Pride in Place Survey Prize Draw
Terms and Conditions
The promoter of this prize draw is Pride in Place.
Entry to the prize draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who complete and submit the Pride in Place survey by the published closing date.
Employees or family members of the promoter and any person directly involved in the administration of the prize draw may enter the survey but will not be eligible to win a prize.
Only one prize draw entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
The prize draw will close at 11.59pm on 28/09/2026. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the draw.
There are five prizes, each with a value of £200, available to be won. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution of prizes will be permitted except where the promoter considers it necessary.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided within 14 days of the draw taking place. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may refuse to award a prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been breached.
The promoter will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit regardless of cause, for example, because of:
any postal failure
equipment failure
technical malfunction systems
satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
Personal data supplied for the purposes of the prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and awarding prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the promoter's privacy notice.
Survey responses will be anonymised or otherwise processed separately from prize draw administration wherever practicable and participation in the prize draw will not affect how survey responses are analysed or reported.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the prize draw where this becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The promoter's decision in relation to all matters concerning the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize. Except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
By submitting a completed survey and entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
